   Esta Grande Loja não tem poder de veto sobre as práticas editoriais da Newsweek (ou melhor, temos, só não podemos assumir publicamente).
   
   Dito isto, e supondo que leu a totalidade das 5 páginas de texto, deve ter-lhe escapado bocados como este:
   
   "There are a number of steps Bush could have taken, short of a full-scale federal takeover, like ordering the military to take over the pitiful and (by now) largely broken emergency communications system throughout the region. But the president, who was in San Diego preparing to give a speech the next day on the war in Iraq, went to bed."
   
   É certo que o título pode ser controverso. Mas tem alguma relação com o conteúdo. Já vimos todos bem pior.

   Não consigo entender o raciocínio do jornalista, a Guarda Nacinal são os militares. Se não estava nos locais necessários deve-se á Governadora. Se se está falar de outras organizações é evidente que qualquer reacção nunca chegaria a tempo.
